Same Day/Next Day /Drop Off
SAME DAY - We offer same day delivery on weekends ONLY (Saturday & Sunday) from 10am - 6pm. Orders must be placed before 10:00AM to be fulfilled SAME DAY. Kingston - $500JMD Portmore - $1000JMD Spanish Town - $1000JMD Harbour View - $1000JMD
NB: If an order is placed after 10:00AM on a Sunday then it would be classified as a ‘next day’ delivery which would be fulfilled the following Monday.
Next day - We offer next day delivery during the week via bearer service (Monday - Saturday) from 10am - 6pm. All orders are fulfilled the following day, for e.g. If an order is placed any time on any day during the week, the order would be fulfilled the following day between the time 10am - 6pm. KNUTSFORD EXPRESS BRANCH TO BRANH (ISLANDWIDE) Next Day Drop Off - We offer next day drop off during the week (Monday - Saturday). Packages are dropped off the following day after you’ve placed your order. for e.g. If an order is placed any time on any day during the week, the package will be dropped off the following day. Package arrives within 1 business day after being dropped off. A drop off fee ($500JMD) is required which is paid to our bearers + delivery fee is paid at Knutsford Express when collecting packages.
ZIPMAIL POST TO POST (ISLANDWIDE) Next Day Drop Off - Monday - Saturday, all orders are dropped off the following day after being placed. ISLANDWIDE - Zipmail packages are sent off the next business day. Package arrives within 1 - 3 business days after being dropped off.
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING RATES & TIME
JAMAICA POST INTERNATIONAL - Following the placement of your order, your package will be dropped off to Jamaica Post on the following business day. After Jamaica Posts processes your order (1 day), your package will be dispatched and will arrive at your destination within 15 to 20 business days from the dispatch date.
NB: Self-tracking of orders is not an option available with the Jamaica Post delivery option. To monitor your order's status, kindly contact us via WhatsApp or email, providing your order number, and we will manually verify it for you.
DHL EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL - Following the placement of your order, your package will be dropped off to DHL on the following business day. Packages will arrive in 3–5 business days. DHL Express International rates begin at $24 USD.
NB : The international shipping costs can fluctuate depending on the destination and the weight of the package. You will find all the shipping information, including the package weight, displayed during the checkout process.
