No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any purchases made on our website.
No Exchanges: We do not provide exchange options for products bought from our website.

Store Credit Only: In the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we offer store credit as a form of compensation. Store credit can be used towards future purchases on our website.

Eligibility for Store Credit

To be eligible for store credit, the following conditions must be met:
  • The product must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
  • The return request must be initiated within 7 business days from the date of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order number and receipt, must be provided.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return and request store credit, please send us a WhatsApp message or Email. Provide us with your order number, receipt, email, telephone number and ensure to state the reason for the return.
  • Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization if your return is eligible.
NB: You (the customer) will be responsible for the shipping/delivery costs associated with returning the product to us.


Store Credit Issuance

  • Once we receive the returned product and confirm its eligibility, we will issue store credit to your account. 

Limitations For Store Credit Issuance 

  • The store credit cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • The store credit is non-transferable and can only be used on our website.
  • The store credit cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.

Items That Are NOT Eligible For Return

  • Free Gifts or Promotional Items: Any items received as free gifts or promotional offers cannot be returned.
  • Items on Sale or Discounted: Products that were purchased at a discounted price or during a sale event are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
  • White Merchandise: White clothing items are not eligible for return due to their sensitive nature and potential for visible stains or wear.
  • Items with Signs of Wear: Products that show signs of wear, including but not limited to, damage, stains, odors, or missing parts, are not eligible for return.
THELEGACYCLO retains sole discretion to decline any returns if a customer does not adhere to the regulations governing our return service.
